Professional qualificationsWe offer and support a wide range of professional qualifications; which one you pursue will depend on the Service Line you choose to work in. Whether you qualify in Chartered Accountancy or another professional service, you’ll be gaining the knowledge and skills you need to perform in your role. These qualifications open the door to your future success.

Coaching & supportFrom the very start, you’ll get guidance from your assigned personal coach. You’ll work hard to reach the goals you set for yourself — going as far and as fast as you want to go, with every accommodation made for any specific needs you have. We’ll give you the training, coaching and support that will enable you to succeed in your career.

Learning & trainingYou’ll learn a lot from working in teams alongside experts in their field, but our award-winning, bespoke training is key to developing your personal and technical skills. If you show leadership qualities, you could also qualify for one of our progression programmes to accelerate your strategic, people and management skills.

Celebrating successAt EY, we like to recognise and reward outstanding performance. As you progress from trainee to qualified, on into a management role and beyond into partnership, we’ll always celebrate your success. Around 2,000 of our interns attend the annual International Intern Leadership Conference in Florida, and our newly promoted managers and assistant directors attend an EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) training conference to share ideas and best practice across the organisation.

Reviewing performanceAmbitious people always like to measure their success to understand how and where they can improve. You’ll have regular reviews in which you can discuss your progress with your coach and set new goals for yourself. You can draw on our experience and you can guarantee our support, but it’ll be up to you how quickly you progress.

InductionOn day one, you’ll join your peers on a rigorous induction that helps you make the transition from university to work. You’ll start working with clients from the outset, forming an important part of a high performing team — it will be a steep learning curve, but it’s the best way to learn.
