Lo stile dell’uomo AT.P.CO non avrebbe potuto nascere ovunque ma soltanto qui, nelle terre di Franciacorta, il cui carattere peculiare, quello che i Romani

definivano con arguzia genius loci, si esprime in un felice connubio fra geografia e storia. Che in questo fazzoletto di colline compreso tra Brescia e il Lago d’Iseo

l’opera della natura e l’ingegno dell’uomo abbiano dato il meglio è dimostrato non solo dalle bellezze paesaggistiche e architettoniche, ma soprattutto

da un’arte della vinificazione che affinandosi nei secoli ha portato alla nascita del Franciacorta, l’eccellente spumante metodo classico che ha reso celebre in tutto il mondo il nome di questi luoghi, derivante da quello delle comunità monastiche

insediatesi qui nel Medioevo, le “curtes francae”. L’osservazione dall’alto, dalla sommità delle protuberanze moreniche, regala alla vista lo spettacolo

dei filari di vite adagiati sull’ondulata e rigogliosa distesa verde, nobilitata da abbazie, castelli e ville patrizie. Uno sguardo in profondità svela i suggestivi

anfratti delle cantine con i caratteristici soffitti a volta, dove le bottiglie riposano al fresco in attesa di riempire i calici più esclusivi di bollicine pregiate.

La panoramica, abbracciando la totalità di un territorio circondato da una provincia operosa, ricca di attività produttive e manifatturiere, rivela infine

una vocazione per la qualità e la creatività di cui la nostra fashion label ha fatto e continuerà sempre a fare tesoro.

The concept of style at AT.P.CO could not have had its origins anywhere else but here, in the Franciacorta region, which has very distinctive personality that

the Romans called genius loci – a harmonious blend of geography and historical traditions. In this tiny hillside area lying between Brescia and Lake Iseo, the majesty

of Nature and the inventiveness of man have come together to perfection, which is demonstrated not only by the natural beauty of the countryside

and of the local architecture, but even more by the skills of its wine-makers which, over the centuries, has given us the gift of Franciacorta, the world-renowned

Champenoise sparkling wine. This fine wine has brought world-wide fame to the Franciacorta region, whose name derives from the monastic community

which settled here in Medieval times – the “curtes francae”. Viewed from the peaks of the Morainic hills, the rows of vines growing on the rich, undulating countryside,

nestling between abbeys, castles and noblemen’s villas, are a uniquely spectacular sight. Looking beneath the ground, the curious visitor will find the attractive cellars

with their characteristic vaulted ceilings, where the bottles rest in the cool of the cellar until the time comes to fill elegant wineglasses with their precious

bubbles. The local countryside – entirely surrounded by an industrious province with a host of manufacturing and production facilities – displays a true vocation

for the quality and creativity that our fashion label has always and will always make its own.
