Creating hundreds of governmental websites

By 2000, some websites achieved the worlds' advanced level of constructing information

However, this rapid development caused some problems, according to the National Audit Office (NAO. 2002)

National Development(interactive & transactional e government) In 2004, a new plan was followed Launching www.directgov.uk & www.businesslink.uk major initiative development in delivering public services about 10 million visits a month to allow citizens to complete the transactions submitting the documents online
