ENTRIES: All paid-up members of CCAA may submit ONE painting

FEE: $10.00 per painting (nonrefundable)

PAINTINGS:

1. All paintings must be suitably framed and must be securely wired for hanging2. Watercolor and graphics must be protected by glass or plexiglas3. No paintings from our previous juried exhibitions4. All work must be original – no copies or prints5. Insurance is the responsibility of the artist. A value must be placed on the label for

insurance purposes6. Horizontal measurement can be no wider than 36 inches

PRIZES: Prizes will be offered for first, second, third and honorable mention

ENTRY FORMS: Forms are included in this newsletter. Fill our three forms for your entry. One form is labeled “ARTWORK IDENTIFICATION” – attach it to the back of your entry. Another form is labeled ‘FILE CARD FOR CCAA”. This is to be given to us. The last form is your receipt for picking up your painting at the end of the show.

DO NOT PICK UP YOUR PAINTING EARLY. If you cannot pick it up at the correct time, arrange with someone else to pick it up or call Jan Scott and she will take care of it until you can get it from her.

RECEIVING ENTRIES: Friday, November 2nd – 1:00 to 3 PM

RECEPTION/AWARD PRESENTATIONS: Friday, November 16th – 5 PM to 7 PM

ENTRY PICKUP: Friday, January 4th – 1:00 to 3 PM
