CLONE TOOL

PURPOSE

• Main use is to remove an undesired blemish from a picture by painting over with a sampled area

• Retouching skin• Removing objects• Even out textures

HOW TO USE

• Step-by-step removal of undesired objects• Objective:

Remove photobomber

STEP 1

• Hover cursor over an area you’d like to copy from• Windows: Alt+Click• Mac: Option+Click

• You can also adjust the brush type, brush size, and opacity of the selection

STEP 2

• Left click the area you’d like to copy from• Like a cookie cutter, you can paste the selection

wherever desired.• Size of brush: 40

STEP 3

• Use your judgment when sampling space• Change brush size or opacity if aren’t lining up

• Undo with CTRL+SHIFT+Z

• It is imperative that you keep sampling areas
