GuidelinesforPresentationsandPostersTalksAuthorsarekindlyaskedtouploadtheirpresentationsattheSlideCentrelocatedinfrontoftheAuditoriumRoomatleastwithin30minutesbeforethesession,i.e.,inthemorning,duringcoffeeorlunchbreaks.Alectureroomassistantwillbeavailableforanyhelp.Eachkeynotewillbe35-40minutes.Eachtalkwillbe20minutes.Pleasenotethatfully20-minutespresentationdoesnotallowanyfurtherdiscussionduringthesession, therefore,savesometimeforyourauditors.Westronglyrecommend15-18minutestimeforpresentation.TheAuditoriumandSaxRoom3isequippedwithacomputerwithPowerpoint(.ppt,.pptxOiles),adigitalprojector,alaserpointer,andmicrophones.Theprojectorresolutionformatis4:3,otherwillberescaled.IfyouwishtoshowmoviesasapartofyourpresentationthenitisbetterinOileformat WMV (Window Media Video).
