Test Cryo Harness

• Cryostat internal (FPU to FTH): ready, integrated and tested. Only 128 Pin FTHs were used; cable lengths comparable to PFM Harness

• Additional Test Optics Harness also ready• Cryostat external (FTH to BOLC + DECMEC):

under CEA and CSL responsibility; to be delivered with AVM WEU of BOLC and DECMEC; cable lengths comparable to PFM Harness; Aluminium Braid as over shield

• Test for complete Harness planned• No separate SVM Harness built

• PACS-MA-SP-001, Iss. 3.2 is the relevant specification document. All CR (0028, 0032) are agreed and accepted.

• Manufacture status is under Astrium responsibility: CDR at CASA in CW 47/03, Prod. already started

• Routing on CVV, bundling and pinning were checked and agreed

• EQM harness for EQM ILT is longer than PFM harness (~ 15 cm)

• Maximum cable shield pigtail lengths are not yet clarified. IID-A, 3draft2, §5.14.2.9. Defines max. unshielded length of max. 8 cm at connectors. Acceptable, if it is on both sides of the connector.
