HUMAN POTENTIAL OPTIMIZATIONWe are designing cutting edge products and services to help

people discover their unique design through the use of human potential optimization technology. We have chosen to use life coaching as the vehicle to use this technology. Human poten-tial Optimization Technology starts with the understanding of human design and how it functions. It covers areas like growth

and development as well as motivation and significance. It then forms through the development metrics to measure various aspects of human design and how it performs. Through the

ability to measure and observe specific areas of human interac-tion and function we were able to gain a better understanding of the components that make up the motivating aspects of human

design. There were a number of important findings and research materials that proved invaluable along the way. None more than the bible. It is the book that has the oldest explanation of human design especially connected to giftedness. Myer Briggs and oth-er books contributing to the understanding of human personality

also were essential to the development of our process and sys-tem. These resources along with thousands of hours of working with real life test subjects, communities, and groups have pro-

duced the findings that our system and technology is based on.

Sketch padThe Sketch Pad is our interactive drawing tool that is used to aid you in your discovery

process. As you map out your sphere of relationships the sketch pad takes you through the process of drawing-out your network on paper while at the same time giving you a better

understanding of those individuals based on their designs. You will have the opportunity to create different types of  diagrams that will help you understand how you relate to the world

from a micro-to-macro level. On this journey of discovering your own motivational design the sketch pad allows you to embark on new endeavors of exploring the world around you by examining active relationships from various areas of your life. This drawing tool comes

in handy for any parent, spouse, leader, professional or community member any day of the week.
