�To position ESIC as an organization to serve the aspirations of the stakeholders in the 21st Century calling for modernization and computerization in an inter-disciplinary manner

� Identification of location for placing desktops and peripherals; wall

mount rack (housing router & switch) –dimension of rack is 500 mm

height, 600 mm width, 500 mm depth

� Furniture to place the desktops and peripherals

� Space to keep the UPS (4 ft x 4 ft) in Dispensaries

� Readiness of site in terms of completion of flooring, painting etc.

� Proper earthing (N-E < 3V)

� Power availability for drilling purposes during cabling works

Pashan & Milap : Requirements

� Work permission during non-working hours (if reqd).

� Path of entry of telephone cable in the premises (for Leased Line cable entry)/Permission for mounting wireless tower /Digging permission for fibre cable entry (at specific locations)

� Material Receipt - Receive material, sign the material receipt document

� Space for storing material till installation

� Ensure safe keeping of the IT equipment

� Installation Signoff - Sign the installation completion certificate for bandwidth links, LAN cabling, switch, router. Desktop’s etc. installation

� Regular reviews with Project team to thrash out the bottlenecks
