The Idea

Golf is a captivating sport uniting technique and precision with nature and health. In the recent 100 years, it has evolved into a popular sport suitable for the whole family.

Event spaces outside golf courses in locations with a strong coverage make the fascination of golf tangible for several years and mobilise “non-golfers”throughout Germany.

With the involvement of all golf courses belonging to DGV (Deutscher Golf Verband), those interested in golf are acquired and identified.

The Concept

Eight modules/topics (symbolising “8 holes”) which spark interest in golf and reflect a stepwise approach.1. “Try Out”, 2. “Proficiency Certificate”, 3. “Membership”:

1. Information2. Putting Green (1st action zone: “Putting”)3. Golf Course4. Chipping & Pitching (2nd action zone: “Chipping”)5. Golf History & Stories6. Driving Range (3rd action zone: “Striking”)7. Golf Simulator (4th action zone: “Playing Golf”)8. Stage

Modules 1 to 8 should be arranged in this order in any location.

• Approach/Stepwise approach to the target group:“Try Out” is followed by “Proficiency Certificate (PC)”, and “PC” is followed by establishing “Membership” which is necessary for “Playing Golf” (Golf Simulator).

• Retention period: High attention and waiting time at modules “Driving Range” and “Golf Simulator”.
