New members will need to click on Not Enrolled? Enroll Today!
Complete the Enrollment Application and click ‘Apply.’
An email will be sent to the address provided with a token.
Click on the token (link) to be redirected back to CSCU Online.
Enter Member Number and last 4 digits of SSN.
A temporary password will be issued.
Enter Login ID (Member Number) and Password.
Choose a password. CSCU Online will tell you if the password meets the minimum
requirements (Excellent) or if it doesn’t (Weak). Passwords must be at least 8
characters long, alphanumeric, contain upper and lower case characters and a special
character.
Fill out the MFA Enrollment information: Secret Phrase, 3 security
questions, and email address.
The computer will NOT be recognized at first log in attempt.
Select questions and continue.
CHECK REGISTER THIS PC. Continue.
Be sure to check ‘Register this PC’ before clicking continue or
else you will be forced to prove your identity at next login.
Enter password and click Login.
The CSCU Online Disclosure will pop up and will have to be accepted before
the site can be accessed.
1. Login to CSCU Online
2. Click on Services, then Mobile
3. Click on Setup and follow the instruc ons to complete Text Banking enrollment
Once you’re enrolled, text one of the commands below to 59289, and receive account informa on directly to your mobile phone!

Use of the mobile app requires enrollment in CSCU Online.
1. Search for TouchBanking in your App Store (available for iPhone and Android) and download.
2. Launch the TouchBanking app.
3. Enter the app code “gocscutx” and your CSCU Online User Name (member / account number), then hit Con nue.
4. Answer a security ques on (set up through CSCU Online prior to TouchBanking enrollment) and hit Con nue.
5. Enter your CSCU Online password and hit Log In.
6. Accept the Terms and Condi ons.

Mobile Deposit Capture
Note: In order to use Mobile Deposit Capture, the TouchBanking app must be downloaded from the app store, available for iPhone and Android. The Mobile Deposit Capture service must be requested by contacting CSCU at 936-295-3980. You will receive notification once your request has been reviewed.
1. Endorse the back of your check with your signature. Underneath your endorsement write “Mobile Deposit.”
2. Launch and log in to the TouchBanking app. 3. Touch the Deposits button, fourth button from the left. Buttons for iPhones are displayed at the
bottom of the screen; buttons for Androids are displayed at the top of the screen. 4. Touch New Deposit. 5. Turn your phone sideways and take a picture of the front of your check. Make sure all four corners
are visible on your screen. If they are not, touch Retake Picture. If they are, touch Use Picture. 6. Flip the check over and repeat for the back of the check. 7. Review the check information and confirm that you want to make the deposit by touching Yes. 8. Touch the Deposits tab. 9. Touch View Deposit History and you will be able to see your pending deposit.
Things to keep in mind…
• The Touchbanking app has to be downloaded to use Mobile Deposit. • Teller staff will review each check as if it were being presented at the teller line. • Mobile deposits without proper endorsement will be rejected. “Mobile Deposit” must be written
beneath the payee’s signature. • Deposits will not be given instant credit. • Cut-off time for deposits via mobile capture is 5:30 pm. Deposits submitted before 5:30 pm will be
reviewed prior to closing. • Deposits made after 5:30 pm will be held until a teller is able to review the deposit the next
business day. • Mobile deposits may take up to two business days to be credited to the account. • Pending deposits can only be viewed on the deposits tab under View Deposit History. • Deposits will not be seen in online history until the deposit had been reviewed, accepted and
posted to the members account.
