Next Steps• Over the next year, NCHC is committed to helping each Initiative Working Group with
the following:
• Compiling the ideas and commitments from the summit's participants and providing this information to the groups
• Creating and disseminating "leader packets", including next steps based on the outcome of the facilitated breakout sessions at the Summit
• Providing guidance and oversight
• Working with groups to create an online forum to facilitate communication and discussion of ideas and strategies
• Attending each group's initial Summit follow up meeting. Will attend monthly/bi-monthly meetings as requested
• Providing meeting space and technical support for monthly or bi-monthly meetings
• Connecting Working Group's to the resources that will further the Initiative in their communities
