Every organization has its own behavior, and to follow these behaviors one must
consider culture, diversity, communication, organizational effectiveness efficiency and
organizational learning. The term organizational culture is not easily defined. It is a word
that has different meanings in different situations. Every organization needs a different
structure or to suit it and the employees working in it, in order to be successful. An
informal approach to the term might be this is the way we do things around here.
Organizational culture can be viewed in two ways, as a process and a consequence the
process creates the reaction people feel when doing their jobs. One would describe it as the
as the informal values, attitudes and the policies that express the way people should
behave in an organization. The outcome defines the behavior people have in an
organization that refers to the way the body enacts tasks, treats its employees and
customers, problem-solves and addresses conflicts. The results of the outcome or process
will affect the way in which an organization management style. In order to get a glimpse of
what a company entails, Google.com will serve as an example.
