Rich Gaspar founded Gaspar’s

Construction in 1973 as a one man

operation

Cathy Gaspar officially joined Gaspar’s in 1990 and added the Design division

Sarah Gaspar Henry joined Gaspar’s in 2002 and added Handyman division in 2003

1997, he has held many roles including Estimator and Service

Paul Lambert 1982 - Born and raised in Flint, MI 2000 - Began working in the trades 2006 - Obtained Builder's/General Contracting License 2007 - Moved to Seattle, and found Gaspar’s 2007 - Present (Gaspar’s Construction)

2007 - Hired on Gaspar’s as a Service Technician (aka Handyman)

2010 - Promoted to Service Coordinator, Gaspar’s Construction

2008 - Got married to Mary Ann 2009 - Bought first house!!!
