Human Resources:

* Recruit, hire and retain highly qualified employees/managers andfacilitate teamwork among all 210 employees to cultivaterelationships with each department and ensure attainment of goals.

* Conduct employee/manager performance evaluations and providefeedback/coaching to improve job performance, prepare employees forpromotions, and encourage the development of skills in critical areas.

* Recognize and acknowledge employees who comply with safetyprotocols and establish them as examples for all team members tofollow; quickly address/correct performance and safety issues.
