Current JFS issues
• JFS currently not matching to all potential records
due to differences in data
• Customers complain that records are in Jigsaw but
there is no way for them to tell Jigsaw they match
• There is no easy way for JFS clients to contribute to
improve the system in a community fashion
• Customer satisfaction/perception of JFS is falling
Add user interaction to improve JFS
• Give the end user the ability to manually match
Accounts, Contacts and Leads
• Give the end user the ability to correct an incorrect
match
• Improve match rates for all customers by adding
invisible user data as matching criteria to the JFS
cache
• Improve customer satisfaction/perception of JFS
capabilities and functionality

Final Results
• This record will now show matched to the customer
• We will have stored the customers data to improve
our matching so that a manual match will now
match every time and Jigsaw will not undo the
match during a re-sync.
• The customer now has an easy method to manually
match Accounts, Contacts and Leads and to correct
incorrect matches.
• Customers will see added value to the JFS platform
and their perception and satisfaction with JFS will
rise.
