Kara Stockwell Named Vice President of Organizational Development for Arkansas Federal Credit Union

Former Windstream executive to lead employee development effort at Arkansas Federal JACKSONVILLE, Ark. (June 4, 2018) – Kara Stockwell, who served as Windstream’s director of learning and development since 2010, has been named vice president of organizational development for Arkansas Federal Credit Union. Stockwell will lead Arkansas Federal’s personal and professional development for more than 280 employees across the state. At Windstream, an S&P 500 communications company based in Little Rock, Stockwell directed learning facilitation for new hire programs, system enhancements and product launches. In addition, she administered the company’s learning-management system for its 14,000 employees nationwide. Prior to joining the Windstream team, Stockwell served in various managerial roles for Alltel and Verizon in Little Rock. “Arkansas Federal understands that our most important asset is our people,” said Heather Savage, senior vice president for human resources. “With that in mind, we invest in our employees’ personal and professional development.
