mechanism which slows a vehicle or object down by

converting its kinetic energy into another form,

In this project we have designed and fabricated

automatic paint sprayer with shape sorter. This

system uses compressed air to spray the paint. Spray

painting is a painting technique where a device

sprays a coating (paint, ink, varnish etc.) through the

air onto a surface. The most common types employ

compressed gas usually air is compressed by an air

compressor to atomize and direct the paint particles.

Shape sorter is nothing but the identified different

material is passed through the conveyor for packing

process or counting the finished material. In many

industries they are producing different types of work

pieces, in this finally they are using man power for

collecting one shape of work pieces from the lot. It

takes more time and also man power for separating

the work pieces is also involved. To avoid this we are

using the DC gun with help of electrical arrangement

to separate the different shape of work pieces after

the painting is completed.

The project deals primarily with lower capacity

bottle filling machines used by small to medium scale

companies and excludes high speed rotary bottle

filling machines typically found only in the mass

market beverage and pharmaceutical industry. In

contrast, the bottle filling machines discussed here

are used throughout all industries including food,

beverage, chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical

but at lower speeds. In fact, most of the market for

bottle filling machines in terms of units sold is for

semi automatic equipment that operates at normal

speed. Our model consists of a solenoid valve, non

return valve, pneumatic cylinder, a motor, proximity

sensor and a Geneva conveyor.

In this project we have fabricated the multi level car

parking system. This is a new innovative concept. In

this project we are using rope, pulley, motor,

proximity sensors, rack and pinion arrangement,

frames and control unit. Using this equipment we

can easily lift the cars to the required area. This

equipment is very useful for parking the car in

shopping complex, industries and departmental

stores, etc.

The objective of this project is to control solar panels

position depending upon the sun light. Nowadays

power demand has increased due to this power

failure happens many time. This project is designed

to provide the solution for this power loss. This

project is designed with LDR, signal conditioning

unit, limit switches, microcontroller, and driver

circuit along with motor. Solar panel consists of

number of silicon cells, when sun light falls on this

panel it generates the voltage signals then these

voltage signals are given to changing circuit.

Depending on the panel board size the generated

voltage amount is increased. Naturally suns direction

varies per hour. In order to get the efficient voltage

amount the solar panel position has to vary as per

the suns direction.

cylinder. In olden days or even now, most of the

brick making industries use human power to make

bricks. If it is very few number of bricks it is easy

and advisable to use human power but when it is

huge in numbers only machines can perform faster,

and easily than human. Continuous working of

workers leads to fatigue. By considering the above

difficulty we have introduced a new concept called

pneumatic brick making machine. This project is

automatic medical shop- tablet and syrup vendor

system with help of control unit. Here the medicine is

highlighted by certain alphabets. The tablets are

separated and arranged in different trays. The

required tablet and syrup is deduced from the lot by

pressing the buttons. So the specified button codes

are already feed in the control unit. This system is

mainly used to save the time also avoiding the

human fatigue and also to reduce the man power

and to observe the workers. Here we have fabricated

the supervisor robo for industrial environment. It’s a new innovative concept. This equipment has been

mainly developed for supervising the industrial

machines and workers to identify the workers

whether they are in their places or not. To avoid the

human fatigue and to reduce the man power here we

are using the crane and proximity sensor with

arrangement of camera, and we fixing the limit

Here we have fabricated cnc punching machine it’s a new innovative concept. This machine has been

mainly developed for small and large scale

industries. This machine is very useful in produce

number of punches. Punching in metalworking is the

process of using a punch press to push a punch

through the material and into a die to create a hole

in the work piece. A scrap slug from the hole is

deposited into the die in the process. Depending on

the material being punched this slug may be recycled

and reused or discarded. The hole walls will show

burnished area, rollover, and die break and must

often be further processed. Punching is often the

cheapest method for creating holes in sheet metal in

medium to high production. Here we are using the

numerical control to run the machine, and it save the

time and man power requirement in the industries.

removed from the barrel key and the required tools

like grinding application. By this we can achieve our

coupled with the electrical drive and the back wheel

to the fuel engines. A Petrol engine or Gasoline engine

is an internal combustion engine with spark-ignition

designed to run on petrol (gasoline) and similar

explosive fuels. In petrol engines, the fuel and air are

pre-mixed before compression stroke. Pre-mixing of

fuel and air allows a petrol engine to run at a much

higher speed than a diesel, but it limits their

compression, and thus efficiency.

power to run the motor is supplied from the battery, as the

battery is already charged when the vehicle running on the

internal combustion engine. During this process the speed

of the vehicle will be minimum and there is no smog

forming pollutants produced during the vehicle runs. When

the vehicle is powered by means of electric motor the

power from the internal combustion engine will be

disconnected from the shaft by loosening the belt. The

mileage of the vehicle while running on the electric motor

is mainly depends upon the time of charging and also

depends upon the capacity of the battery.

The pneumatic multi purpose device is an air operated device

used for many small operations. It is a portable one.

Compressed air is the source of energy for this device. The

compressed air is allowed through the nozzle in such a way to

rotate to fan. The rotation obtained is utilized for machining.

The nozzles are welded to the barrel at an angle to facilitate

free rotation. The fan can be rotated in either direction by

operating the one way corks. The rpm and torque of the shaft

depends upon the pressure of the air admitted so by varying

the pressure the rpm and torque can be varied. The parts are

interred connected by thick tubes. Clamps are used at the

connecting parts to prevent leakage. In threaded parts thread

seals are used to prevent leakage.Here the compressed air

from the compressor firstly enters the control unit. In the

control unit the pressure of the air is controlled and sent to the

barrel to rotate the fan in any one direction. The air from the

compressor enters the gate valve. The gate valve controls the

pressure and volume of air. Then the pressure is read by a

pressure gauge. Then the air is admitted to the barrel through

any one of the two one way corks to rotate fan. In the barrel, a

shaft is placed and if carries the fan. The shaft is supported in

either and by bearings. The bearings are placed in the

couplings, which covers the ends of barrel.

is used to turn the required direction of the windmill to air

flow area. The direction controlling arrangement is fixed on the area not affected by wind blade’s air force. The direction controlling arrangement consists of sensors,

control unit, direction indicator and motor. The direction

indicator is a light weight and it is arranged on horizontal.

It will rotated depends upon the airflow direction. The one

end of the direction indicator is used to identify the

direction of the wind flow by using sensor. The sensor is

fitted below the direction indicator which is shown as in

the bellow diagram. The sensor indicates the correct

direction of airflow and also gives the instruction to the

control unit to rotate the required angle in windmill motor

for rotating the wind blade directions.

The equipment contains totally six motors, two motors are coupled

chain drive arrangements. The keypad in the control unit has six

keys they are left, right, forward, reverse, park left, and park right.

We press the left key in the keypad the vehicle turns left side in a

required angle.
