WHAT IS REFLECTION?


Definition of Reflection

Reflection has been defined as “a generic term for those intellectual and affective activities in which individuals engage to explore their experiences in order to lead to a new understanding and appreciation.”

Reflection amplifiers: Informs you about significant change of your mood compared to your previous states and compared to the average mood of your team.


MIRROR: Implementation: reflection-on-action

Reports and feedback: Gives you detailed information about your and your team’s moods and highlights significant changes or unusual patterns.

Context information: Enables you to enrich your stated moods with details regarding your current working situation.

Reflection Journal: Encourages you to write down your reflection out-comes for later use.
