NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Management

The framework of thisqualification can be applied across a broad range of sectors and job roles. Good managers and team leaders are essential to the success of any business, so the skills gained on this apprenticeship are transferable and valuable.

Apprentices will work in roles such as shift leader, charge hand, section leader, team leader, floor manager, trainee manager, deputy manager, or supervisor.

The course aims to be complete within 18 months.

The ILM Level 3 Diploma in Management (Combined Qualification) is ideal for individuals looking to take their first step into line managemen and for those who already have some management responsibilities. This combined knowledge and compentency based qualification will build and develop new skills to enhance their management career. The qualification also forms part of the ILM Level 3 Management

= Institute of Leadership & Management ( ILM ) Level 3 Diploma in Management

= Two hours induction = At least seven hours of tutorial support= A minimum of 55 credits at level 3

or above

• Engage in learning that is relevant to them and which will provide opportunities to develop a range of skills and techniques, personal skills and attributes essential for successful performance in working life

• Achieve a nationally recognised Level 3 vocationally-related qualification

• Progress to an higher apprenticeship in Management

OverviewLearners have to complete a total of 55 credits of which 31 credits are mandatory units with an additional 24 credits chosen from optional units

More Information This course involves an induction plus tutorial support. There are a number of workshops with assessment in the form of reflective knowledge reviews, assignments or projects.
