OS 2.2: Creșterea transparenței, eticii și integrității în cadrul autorităților și instituțiilor publice;

Pot solicita finanțare în cadrul acestui apel unități administrativ-teritoriale (județe și orașe organizate ca municipii) din regiunile mai puțin dezvoltate. Partenerii (asociații) pot fi: unități administrativ-teritoriale (județe și orașe organizate ca municipii) din regiunile mai puțin dezvoltate, ONG-uri, parteneri sociali, instituții de învățământ superior acreditate. Grupul ţintă este reprezentat de persoanele direct afectate/sprijinite de/prin intervenția proiectului din lista

Capacitatea administrativă de a preveni și a reduce corupția -sprijinirea dezvoltării și implementării de mecanisme care să faciliteze punerea în aplicare a cadrului legal în domeniul eticii și integrităţii (ghiduri, manuale de bune practici, colecții de cazuri de testare, standarde de etică și integritate etc.); -măsuri de sprijin pentru implementarea măsurilor anticorupție reglementate de legislația națională și monitorizate de către SNA; -dezvoltarea capacității analitice de a efectua activități de evaluare a riscurilor pe planuri sectoriale de acțiune de combatere a corupției -elaborarea și implementarea unor mecanisme de cooperare cu societatea civilă, precum și între autoritățile publice

Priority 1: Judicial cooperation in civil matters

a) to contribute to the correct implementation of, in particular, the following instruments:

the recast of the Brussels I Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012

the Insolvency Regulation for its impact on economic recovery (Regulation (EU) No 2015/848 on insolvency proceedings (recast), applicable from June 2017)

the European Account

Eligibility of the applicant and the application: a) The applicants must be public entities or private organisations, duly established in one of the countries participating in the Programme, or international organisation. Organisations which are profit-oriented must submit applications in partnership with public entities or private non-profit-oriented organisations. (b) The applications must be transnational and involve organisations from at least two participating countries.

This topic will cover the following activities:

- analytical activities, such as data collection, surveys, research activities, etc;

- mutual learning, identifying and exchange of best practices, development of working methods which may be transferable to other participating countries;

- exchange and provision of information and development of information tools;

- capacity building for professionals;

- facilitating cooperation between competent authorities and agencies, legal practitioners and/or service providers (including multi-disciplinary networks at international, national, regional or local levels);
