We received the honor from World Archery Asia to organize the 2018 Asia World Cup Stage I (World Ranking Tournament) for the year 2018 and it is our great pleasure to invite your archery teams to participate in this tournament. This event will be organized following the World Archery rules for 2012, in both divisions, Recurve and Compound.

Please find enclosed the necessary documents of registration, organization and participation for this event. Please return the completed forms to the OC before the deadlines:

Note : This preliminary program could be changed slightly according to number of

participants. All changes will be published and distributed to all participants in good time.

6. Transportation

We will be glad to meet you at Suvarnabhumi Airport and provide transportation to hotel. ( Hotel - Venue - Hotel - Airport )

7. Entry fees : Individual entry & team entry will be free of charge.USD 50 per Archer (Free of charge)USD 100 per Official (Free of charge)USD 150 per Team (Free of charge)

Each association should arrive in Bangkok on March 1 or 2, 2018 the prepared facilities will be of Bangkok Inter Place Hotel, 118/92 Ramkhamhaeng Soi 24, Ramkhamhaeng Road, Huamark, Bangkapi, Bangkok 10240. (Official Hotel )

Accommodation located in town’s center together with 3 meals a day, at cost -Twin beds room rate is US$ 110 per person/day. -Single room rate is US$ 130 per person/day. All competitors are requested to stay in the official Hotel for our logistic purposes.

No entry forms will be available for registering to this event. All registration process has to

be done using the World Archery Online Registration System (WAREOS): http://register.worldarchery.org

Member Associations who are not convenient to register online please directly contact to LOC by email: [email protected] or [email protected]

A maximum number of 4 athletes per country (host country included) are allowed to be registered into each category of the event. Preliminary entries have to be done using the WAREOS, V2.
