Grocery Savings Apps, Programs & Coupon Match Up Websites

Upromise Upromise is an online and in

store savings program. You can earn savings that can be applied to a Sallie Mae college loan, can be accumulated in a college savings account, savings account or sent to you in a check.

Upromise offers online coupons that are linked to certain store loyalty cards. Instead of saving money off of your amount in store, a deposit is made into your Upromise account each time a qualifying item is purchased.

UpromiseClick here to sign up for a free Upromise

account. Once you have signed up, register your

customer loyalty cards for qualifying merchants. These include Kroger, Publix, CVS, Rite Aid, Harveys, Kmart & Ingles.

If you show your loyalty card when you shop and buy a participating item, Upromise will automatically make the corresponding deposit into your account.

UpromiseYou can also activate grocery

eCoupons from the Upromise site. These eCoupons will be listed in the coupon match ups on many of the coupon websites. You must use your registered loyalty card in order to get the deposit to your account.

Upromise You click “I want this” to activate

the coupon for applicable loyalty cards.

Purchase the product from any participating store with your card and receive the corresponding deposit.

SavingStarSavings Star is

very similar to Upromise except the savings aren’t geared towards college.

You can cash out, including using PayPal when you have accumulated $5 in your account.

Freebie! Each Friday a coupon is loaded

that gives you the full value of one item.

Be sure to set a reminder to check your account on

Fridays!

SavingStarThere is also one coupon for a

healthy food choice each Tuesday, usually fresh fruits or vegetables.

Coupons for fresh fruit and vegetables are rare, so take advantage of these offers!

is available for iPhone and Android.

If you forgot to use your loyalty card when you purchased an item, you can use the app to scan your receipt and get your savings.

iBotta iBotta is available

for iPhone and Android.

The app gives you cash back for groceries, movie tickets, online shopping and restaurant visits.

The app gives you cash back for groceries and is good at ANY store.

The app gives you cash back and can be used at ANY store.

No minimum amount needed to cash out, your rebate goes straight to your PayPal account.

SavingsCatcher from Walmart New app from

Walmart. Scan your Walmart

receipt with the app or go online and enter the receipt number.

Walmart compares the prices of the items you purchases with advertised matching prices.

If there is a lower advertised price, Walmart refunds the difference to an egift card.

Target app that can be used on your phone or your computer.

Can be used in addition to manufacturer’s coupons and Target printable or mobile coupons.

We are going to go over a few that I have found to be helpful for shopping in this area.

Do a google search for specific store match ups. You never know what you will find!
