How much was the time allotted and taken?Time allotted - 10th Novemebr,2011(45 days), Taken -75 days Is the problem of installation of AC Solved?YesPurchase of cars was done befor Diwali?Before and after diwali.Where is the painting work done at senior director room?Painting work done on the ceiling of senior directors room(MonaMadam's room).

Water proof problem all over building.Brick walls are getting cracked.Paint & polish of over all building required.Light poles in the garden needs to be removed.Pest control is required at the building.Carpenter work need to be done. For example : locks & handle are not working, T bolt are loosed etc).Main building flooring(jaisalmer stone) should be changed or should be repolished ? Please advice.Waterfall needs maintenance.

Where is the wooden paneling done & polish done at Mandirarea?Wooden paneling done behind the idols to cover loose wires &Polish of that wooden paneling is done.Where is the new plumbing fitting fitted in all toilets?Hand jet showers & soap dispenser are installed in all toilets.What kind of maintenance work is done at Farm House?CFLs, Bulbs Changed. Wiring is done in Guard room.Without the approval of drawing and BOQ how can you float it?Waiting for the approval of drawing.

Where is the Sonica Madam washroom work going to bedone?AT Vasant Vihar.Chairperson room Smell Issue?Pest control will be done and AC Servicing will be scheduled.Alchemic water seepage problem?Resolved by Naresh Sharma.

Where is the list of refurbishment of shakarpur? Please find the list below:-Plaster work needs to be done.Water Proofing and Terries repair.Parapet wall (brick work with steel bar ) needs to be done.Window Glass need to be changed. Repairs of Chajjas at building side..
