for Vessel and column MR.Activities : From the Initial phase , I have been assigned to Seoul Office for the Mechanical part of

job. Briefly, my job responsibilities includes following activities:

- During the Initial Phase, I have been integral part of Taskforce team while review ITB requirement and identify special requirement.

- Prepare salient points/ queries of Vessel specification and Preparations of Pv-elite master file. Worked with Shell DEP, as major licensor is Shell.

- During deputation to Samsung Head Office, act as discipline technical focal point for the project to HO/India office, clients, vendors and subcontractors.

- Preparations of mechanical data sheet(MDS) for various type of Pressure vessels(7 tags for high pressure vessels,38 tags for CS/SS items,2 tags for low alloy items Total 47 tags)

- MR preparation, Review of vendor offers and Carry out technical queries, technical bid evaluations of vendors to ensure that quality and requirements are met.

- Responsible for technical matters, procedures, design deliverables, schedule compliance and man hour control by providing input to project execution plans and schedules for the project

- Approve of discipline deliverables, contents of IDC prints and vendor documents for the project.

- Coordination of technical matters within the discipline and with other disciplines as required.

- Prepare reports on job progress/status and discipline Change Requests (CR).- Ensure past lessons learnt are considered and Conduct lesson learnt exercise.

My job responsibility includes review the ITB (Preparation of technical specification summary), Preparation of MRs, Mechanical Datasheets/Engineering Drawing, Technical Clarifications with vendors ,TBE ,PO, Checking/ Approval of vendor design calculations & Vendor Prints , Coordination / Follow up with different disciplines for the static equipments e.g. Columns, Pressure Vessels. In addition, I got opportunity to participate in a Kick of meeting with the client & Vendor.

Project : NHR-TANECO PROJECT (PHASE-I)-REPUBLIC OF TATARSTAN Period : 2008 – 2009Client : Nizhnekamsk oil refining & petrochemical plant Position : Assign Engineer(Mechanical)Activities : For the Project, I was deputed at SEOUL Office for 9 months. It was a great experience

working on this project as all the equipments as well as material had to be designed for extremely low MDMT as low as -47o C. Also since these equipments were to be designed as per Russian Regulations like GOST, GOST R, SNIP, OST etc. as well as American standards, it was a great learning experience of Russian Norms & Standards. My job responsibilities includes following activities:- Study & review of ITB documents & preparation of clarification list for clarification

from client.- Preparation of Material Requisition of Pressure Vessels, Heat exchangers, Columns.- Preparation of Mechanical Data sheets for all the Static Equipments with the help of
