Reduced cost by 95% by repairing Processor and 10 System Cards, instead of procuring new one during the deployment of Data Acquisition System for Super Thermal Power Station (NTPC - Govt. of India).

Successfully resolved ISDN configuration problem of Cisco 1760 Router in the MCA21 project as the Network Evangelist during a critical network situation.

Modified the power diagram to extend the backup power support to more client machines than mentioned in SLA, without incurring any extra cost.
