SAP HR Certification patternThis question is Assumed Answered.

Hi, I am planning to appear SAP HR Certification (C_THR12_05) some where in April / May. If some one can give me idea how the exam pattern, model questionare and what would be studymaterial etc. I heard now exam pattern has been changed, so please give me some details like what would be thenew pattern and pass % etc. Thanks,Rajesh

Hi, I have passed the certification last month. It is checking your conceptual clarity. Always stickto your syllabus & provided materials( THR10 & 12) even if got hands on experience.Readthe material 23 times .Simple concepts will be asked in a tricky way. I prepared for 1 month (didn't attend any training) . I felt payroll related questions where more for my exam. Alsoremember to revise the Q&A's given at the end of every unit.If you can see some sampleQ&A it will be help full. Prepare well for your exam and try to clear in your first attemptitself.....All the best buddy start your preparation and post the good news soon Cheers.
