Fred and Paula Stefany are the owners and have poured their

dedication to providing great quality personal care into the business.

Paula received her Masters in HR from Chapman University and has

leveraged some of the lessons she learned from many years of being a

Director at St. John Knits.

Fred earned his Masters from M.I.T. and is following the work he loved

doing as a board member of the Children’s Hospital of Orange County

Padrinos and the American Diabetes Association.

Angela Krakker brings several years of industry experience with her to

our office. Angela started her career as a marine and a medical

assistant. She has gone on to become a certified senior advisor.

Bruce Ballantine is a resident of Dana Point and a seasoned caregiver.

Bruce’s interests in senior care lead him to get his RCFE certification

and helped him as a volunteer for the Alzheimer’s Association.

These caregivers all go through a customized training program provided

by a leading Board Certified Behaviour Therapist. Finally we are there

for you if you need a back up home care solution for when your giver is

out or when your child can not go to school.
