Step 1 – Download the Shazam

Bolt$ App from the Google Play

Store.

Click Accept on the above prompt.


Step 2 – After the app is

downloaded, you will see the

following app icon on your

desktop or app drawer.

Step 3 – Tap the app icon to

Shazam Bolt$ to open the app.


Step 4 – Select the New Mobile

Card User Button.


Step 5 - Input your debit card

number.


Step 6 – Select the Next button.


Step 7 – Read the Terms and

Conditions and put a check in the

box that says Accept.

Step 8 – Hit the Submit button.


Step 9 – Enter your card expiration

information.

Step 10 – Input your phone

number and hit the Next button.

Step 11 – Wait for Shazam to call

your phone back to verify your

card.


Step 12 – Answer the phone call

from Shazam.

Step 13 – Shazam will ask for your

card’s PIN (when you set up the

debit card for ATMs).

Step 14 – After Shazam verifies

your card, Shazam will hang up the

call and you will be directed back

to the Shazam Bolt$ App.


Step 15 – Create a username.

Step 16 – Type in your first name,

last name, and your password

twice.

Step 17 – Tap the Next Button.


Step 18 – Enter your phone

number once again, along with the

address we have on file, the city,

state, and zip code.

Step 19 – Enter the email address

you want Shazam to alert you in

the event of detected fraud alerts

and transaction alerts.

Step 20 (Optional) – Type a second

email address if you want alerts to

go to another person.

Step 21 – Tap the Submit button.


Step 22 – Tap the Done button.

Step 23 – Go to your email inbox

of the address you inputted

earlier and open the email

Shazam sent you to activate

Bolt$. You will need this in order

to login to the app. Failure to do

this will generate additional

activation links.


Step 24 – Input your Username

and Password and tap Submit.


Step 25 – At this screen you can

add additional cards in your

household. You can also select the

Card Actions Button for additional

options for each card that is

registered.


Step 26 – In the Card Actions

Menu, you can:

Modify Expiration Date

(change card expiration date

in the app if the bank sent

you a new card without

having to re-enroll the card)

Remove Card (Remove the

selected card from you

Bolt$ account)

Modify Alert Settings

(Setup email alerts for

transaction on the selected

card)

Send Money (Not Enabled)

Transaction Control (The

ability to disable or enable

your card from your app)


In the Modify Alerts Settings

menu, you can select the types of

alerts you would like to see and

set the transaction amount limits

before you get an alert from

Shazam.


In the Transaction control menu, you can temporarily

block or unblock your debit card. When you do block it

and tap the Done button, you will see an orange shield

back on your main menu.


To log out, simply tap the X in the

bottom right of the screen and you

will be prompted to logout of the

app.
