Telephone fraudThis solution detects the misuse or fraudulent use of the customer's telephone service.

Communication is allowed or denied on the basis of this detection, which works like a

firewall. Thanks to the cataloguing of "high risk" destinations – updated in real time –

filter policies can be set that make it possible to disrupt communication or generate an

alert when there is a match.

Technical consultations on the security of information systemsWe audit out customers' IT infrastructures from two perspectives:

• External: by simulating an attack on the systems exposed to the internet from outside,

based on a very limited knowledge of the infrastructure.

• Internal: by simulating an attack from within the company, either by an employee or

someone who has gained access to the network from within. This offers very thorough

results in terms of the level of security.

Technical consultations on the security of communicationsThe vulnerability of our customers' information systems is analyzed from two

perspectives. On the one hand, the confidentiality and integrity of the information that is

transmitted; we propose effective solutions for encryption, both for data communication

and for voice. On the other hand, the illegal, fraudulent or criminal use that third parties

may make of these systems. In particular, we study the vulnerabilities that impact a

business directly, such as identity theft with regard to service providers, or telephone

Expert appraisals and forensic analysisThe concept of forensic analysis comes from the fields of law and criminology. In our

field, is consists of analyzing elements that have been victims of an attack or used as a

tool for an unlawful activity, and that may serve as evidence in a trial. The objective is to

make a legal presentation before a court that traces the activities carried out on the

element, and to protect the validity of the evidence, assuring its chain of custody and

protecting it from tampering.

Organic Law on Data Protection. We have attorneys who can provide a regulatory

framework that complies with the law, along with technical staff who can translate legal

OLAP Data WarehouseThe basis of all business intelligence technologies, we use it to collect data from

different sources through ETL (Extraction Transformation and Load) processes in a

single repository. It lets us analyze information from multiple perspectives

simultaneously, and generate reports on regional sales, financial status, or stock –

easily and quickly.

Statistical information and report generation systemsThis solution gives our customers a quick and easy way to exploit the information

contained in a data warehouse. Statistical information systems provide great

flexibility when analyzing information from perspectives – any time it's needed.

They also make it possible to define and generate reports – both ad-hoc or

automatically – and to send reports automatically, create periodical subscriptions,

export data to other formats, etc.

Business performance management (BPM) systemsThis service allows us use a series of analytical processes to evaluate an

organization's performance in terms of the attainment of predefined objectives.

By defining KPIs – such as the number of new customers, stock status, billing,

profitability or the level of use of the infrastructure – permanent access is created

experience and training – places its capabilities at the

StoneWork Solutions, led from its beginning by Óscar García Arano, CEO, who is backed by a strong

entrepreneurial career in the Telco industry as the

founder of the carrier's carrier Exclutel (Dublin) and

the telecommunications business operator Ooiga

Telecom (Madrid). In earlier years, Óscar led the

Wholesale Business Unit at Orange Spain for six years,

following this up by managing the Spanish subsidiary

of Euphony Group as CEO for five years.

Computer engineer Pedro Ten – our R & D Director

– has worked in business intelligence systems for

the BG & S consulting company – part of the

multinational Delaware Group – as well as Osiatis,

part of Butler Manufacturing Company Group. As a

BI technology expert, Pedro has led projects for

different customers in both the public as well as

private sectors.

Carlos García, Director of Operations – who is also

a computer engineer and has a Master's in Research

– specializes in security, at both the technical and

the organizational level, and is ISC2 certified. Carlos

worked for the Spanish company GMV and has

participated in strategic projects in government

agencies and leading companies in sectors such as

telecommunications and insurance.

Paloma Cantero, attorney, is our Director of

Human Resources and the Legal Department.

Paloma specializes in the protection of personal

data and in Telecommunications Law and has ten

years' professional experience in the sector.

Pablo de Miguel, is a telecommunications

engineer specializing in management and our

Director of Marketing and Sales. He spent a good

part of his career in France Telecom Group, where

he led the marketing strategy for self-employed

customers and SMEs. Pablo also developed new

product lines, the roaming strategy for companies

and the company's international wholesale client

portfolio.

Francisco Ramón Calderón is an economist and

our Chief Financial Officer. He has served as a

consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers. At France

Telecom, he assumed responsibility for the

budgetary control of Uni2 and Orange. More

recently, Francisco has been Director of the

Department of Planning and Consolidation for the

COFIVACASA (SEPI) Group and Chief Financial

Officer in Spain for the operator Euphony, which

has a presence in eleven European countries.
