PREMIER PLATINUM PROFILE INFORMATION & POLICIES

AD DESIGN FINAL APPROVALSuper Lawyers reserves the right to review and approve the layout, images, and content of the Premier Platinum Profile for Super Lawyers brand compliance, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

PREMIER PREMIUM POSITION• The Premier position will not be available for you to purchase in the year following the date of the current publication

• If you previously held a premium position with the right of first refusal, you will retain that right of first refusal in the year

following the date of the current publication

PHOTOGRAPHY• One photo session included – Additional photo session charges* will be included on the final invoice

• Photo editing – All photos are retouched for quality – Additional photo editing* (major retouching, adding or removing subjects, etc.) will be included on the final invoice

• Missed or cancelled photo sessions – Sessions cancelled with less than 72 hours notice are subject to charges* from the photographer,

and will be included on the final invoice

• Use of photo from past issue – We will contact the photographer and purchase additional rights for the current year – No additional charges will be incurred to the advertiser

• Rights to photo – Super Lawyers purchases the rights to use the Premier Platinum Profile photo for one year in Super Lawyers publications – If you would like to use any photo from the Premier Platinum Profile photo session, you may contact the photographer

directly for pricing and terms of use

COPY WRITING ASSISTANCE

• A writer will be assigned to assist in creating your text

• If you opt to supply your own text, our copy editor will review to ensure proper style and magazine guidelines are met

EXTRA MAGAZINES, REPRINTS & FRAMED ITEMS

• The magazines included in your Premier Platinum Profile package will be shipped directly from the printer to your address on the Insertion Order

• After publication, you will receive a form to process the reprints and framed items included in your package. This form must be returned to receive the items included in your Premier Platinum Profile package

PLEASE NOTE: Super Lawyers provides the services of a professional photographer and editorial assistance in the preparation of the profile. Copy limit differs between profile size and profile design. While the final layout will be similar to the samples shown in this brochure, Super Lawyers will determine the layout and design of the profiles to ensure a uniform and cohesive presentation. Super Lawyers reserves the right to make design modifications to ensure the best presentation of the profiles.

restrictions may apply after one year)

NOTES• Premier Platinum Profiles must feature at least one attorney selected to the
