A study done by National Geographic on Americans who are avid travelers between the ages of 25-40 over a period of 4 years shows that all travelling improves social skills, reduces stress, helps to accomplish goals, keeps you fit, makes you more patient, and builds strong relationships. National Geographic also took a poll on the same Americans and found that 88% of those who were excited about their trips and that kept an open mind ended up enjoying the experience more.
