• Established in 1978 – family run business with small team of painters and apprentices

• Incorporated in 1979

• Through steady prolonged growth – we now have an extensive portfolio of successfully completed projects and large competent work force of time served painted.

All of which are directly employed by Vale

Resourcing the Works

• All operatives directly employed by Vale

• Contract will be delivered 100% in house

• Will be taking on additional employees.

•Locally sourced/advertised

Apprentices

• At least 1 apprenticeship • Locally sourced

• Will be trained to at least NVQ Level 2

• If we are successful with year 3 & 4 we will employ at least 1 other apprentice
