SETTING UP CENTRAL PARAMETERS
If you want drivers to associate trips with particular vehicle you can define
them in your admin account. On mobile device driver selects vehicle from the list that admin defined and adjusts odometer for vehicle mileage
accuracy.
Set up locations frequently visited by your drivers. This allows you to quickly
choose your trip’s start and end location, or you can just let the app
detect whenever your driver arrives at the location automatically.

Your drivers will be able to add various vehicle maintenance expenses and
mark the purpose of the trip they are about to take, whether it’s personal or

SETING UP A TEAM
Driver installs Vezma app on their mobile phone and
logs into his Vezma account on the phone by using the same email/password from
step 2.
Each driver receives an email invitation to establish their private
driver’s Vezma account.

Tags help drivers classify each trip and
keep trip book organized. Several tags can be used at
once.
Driver can give a name to a trip or use the text
field as anote.

See your drivers actual location and trip details on the live map. If you created work groups you can see a
selected group of drivers on a map.
