Working methods:

AAP + TAP no major changes

However, there may be new issues if the new structure is dramatically different from the current one

EDH should be further strengthened

Workshops and seminars become an important part of regular activities (workshops are not only informative to audience but also very constructive and useful to SGs)

Find ways to accept options, if no unanimous agreement on Recommendations

Enhance the regional presence, and encourage regional activities

Establish “Groups” (focus group, project group, etc…) to deal with urgent needs

Brazil presented 2 proposals: (1) ITU-T SG Restructuring

- will be forwarded to ITU-T SG Restructuring meeting in Ottawa, 5-7 April 2004

(2) Establishment of a “Technical Standardization Forum” - based on analysis of ITU-T workshop program 2001-2003 - will be forwarded to TSAG meeting, July 2004

Next steps: CITEL Coordinators have been appointed to study specific WTSA-04 issues
