7. Expensify.comThis tool allows you to import any transactions from your banks or credit cards. It allows you to keep track of your miles and all other billable expenses, and it is capable of scanning receipts and incorporating them automatically to the platform. It works with Apple, Android and BlackBerry devices.  8. Kubbos.comOne of the most complete tools out there. Not only will it allow you to create invoices, but it’ll also let you do online purchases and sales, customer CRM, stock management, and all of this can be done from a web browser. It offers several cloud-based management solutions.

9. Futuresimple.comThis platform will let you create budgets in PDF format and it’ll let you and your team work online. You can also add your company logo to it.  10. Quaderno.io Invoice and customer management software.
