Executive Summary• Rebecca Noble CEO

• Rebecca has 11 years in the corporate automotive world with experience in the finance and management fields. She has managed a sales force of over seventy people and was instrumental in the completion of deals in excess of 832 million dollars. Her strong leadership ability, attention to detail and superior knowledge and understanding of client financials, fundamentals and professional relationships has allowed Rebecca to consistently remain in the top five percent of the entire BMW North America sales, and management team. She is a certified Finance and Insurance Consultant which is the cornerstone of her understanding of current economic fundamentals, credit market conditions and the necessary processes to ensure the most beneficial client results. Rebecca is currently a member of the Mortgage Professionals Group, the Financial Services Career Center, the Credit and Collections Professionals, and NAPW (National Association of Professional Women, which recognizes the country’s most accomplished professionals in over 200 industries and professions. Additionally, Rebecca serves on the board of the Boys and Girls club where she has been honored for her dedication and hard work.

Kim HackettMember

Kim is the founding partner of Vantage Point Resources, LLC. a multimedia company providing digital signage and web-based-training solutions. He is also a partner in Mobile Link Media, LLC, a technology provider of Short Code Text applications for next generation marketing. Early in his career, Mr. Hackett built his Orlando-based Pontiac dealership into a nine store chain of dealerships that sold Pontiac, Buick, GMC, Isuzu, Suzuki, Kia and Saturn. After his dealerships were acquired by AutoNation in a private transaction, he spent five years with AutoNation working on national initiatives, including the creation and management of the Ecommerce Department. Mr. Hackett offers LeasePal a wealth of knowledge in a variety of disciplines, including building and selling companies, management and marketing, technology and training, and warranty sales and administration.

Bob Watson

Member

Bob is CEO of Watson Strategic, an M&A, strategy and development firm. Mr. Watson is leading LeasePal’s strategy development initiatives, which are designed to increase the long term value of the Company, and he is also serving as the Company’s point person on investor relations. Mr. Watson’s years of experience in the positioning, negotiation and execution of M&A transactions should prove extremely valuable to LeasePal shareholders as the Company contemplates merger or acquisition as an exit strategy. Mr. Watson spent his early career with Procter & Gamble in New York and J. Walter Thompson Advertising Agency in Chicago. He has been CEO of five companies and has spent the past decade in Silicon Valley engineering turnarounds and M&A transactions, and developing growth strategies for emerging technology companies. He has done M&A, strategy and development work for many of Silicon Valley’s top venture capital firms. Mr. Watson graduated from Columbia University in 1976 with a BA in English and played football all four years, earning “All Ivy” Honorable Mention as a senior. He currently volunteers on Columbia’s Alumni Representative Committee, which is the alumni organization that conducts all off-campus applications interviews on behalf of the Columbia admissions department. Mr. Watson also volunteers as a high school football coach at Palm Beach Central High School.
