Goals of the Goodwill Ambassador Program

• To establish a foundation of airport information among Authority employees going back to the airport’s beginnings.

• With this knowledge, instill pride among employees about the airport as a regional asset and the Authority as a major economic engine and employer in the region.

• To create Authority Goodwill Ambassadors who speak with confidence and knowledge as they share information about the airport and the Authority with their friends, families, community members and stakeholders.

Methodology

• A total of 172 different employees attended the Goodwill Ambassador Programs in 2007.

• A total of 154 persons participated in the self select-style (non-scientific) satisfaction survey.

• A five-point scale was used where 1 is Very Dissatisfied and 5 is Very Satisfied.

• Top Two Box (TTB) scores, are indicated as a percentage of the respondents who rated their experience a 4 or 5.
