He was also the co-founder of Financial Labs LLC, a high frequency trading business, which was purchased by Bank of America in 2006. In preceding years, Mr. Cortright served in a variety of high-level positions at Wall Street banks including Credit Suisse A.G. and Merrill Lynch, New York. Mr. Cortright was named the co-winner of the 2009 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in New Jersey. Mr. Cortright has a B.A. in Biochemistry and a M.B.A. from Lehigh University. He holds FINRA/NFA Series 3,7 and 24 licenses.
