Salar de Uyuni, Bolivia. The worlds largest salt flats estimated to contain 10 billion tons of salt.

Ayers Rock (known locally as Uluru), Australia. Over 300km away from the nearest town, Alice Springs.

The Grand Canyon gorge formed by the Colorado River, USA. Created over 6 million years, it is 1.6km in depth and has exposed over 6 billion years of the world history.

The Great African Rift Valley, over 6000km in length it is formed as the continent of Africa splits apart.

Ganges river delta, Bangladesh. Home to between 115 and 143 million people and the famous Bengal Tiger.

The San Andreas fault, California birth place of several major earthquakes such as San Francisco 1989 and LA 1994.

Old faithful geyser, Yellowstone National Park. Eruptions occur about every 90 minutes and should up to 8400 galloons of boiling water over 50 metres into the air.
