What is the preliminary task?

• The preliminary task is preceding and leading up to the main part, matter, or trade.

because even though there was closes up an extreme shot I can still identify the objects.

Clear establishing shot to show the cup.

Clear close up shot is clear and can still see the jar clearly even

though its close .

Poor preliminary• what level I rate this video and why? I rated this video an 2

because the lighting was very poor and the editing.

As she's walking though the door the screen goes black for a split second, then u see her on the

other side of the door. The editing was bad.

The lighting was very poor, the should of used a brighter location or

tuned on the lights.

To improve an poor preliminary

• For them to improve there task they should of recorded there video more than once so for any mistakes they could of changed it by edited it.

• Also they should of tuned on the lights so that the boys face was seen clearly or they should of changed the location.

What have I learned? how has this task helped me prepare for your preliminary task planning?

• I've learnt that to have an successful preliminary you would have to take lots of scenes to make sure there video set together properly . If not set properly the audience will get confused , and also to use the right locations for the right scenes.

• This task has helped me for my preliminary task because the videos I watched teaches me that I would have to use good editing an right locations for my preliminary.
