activities in three ways-

1.Export Department If companies international sales expands, it organizes

an export department consisting of a sales manager

and a few assistants.

Later export department will no longer as sales

increases and firm moves to joint ventures.

2.International division Headed by division president who sets goals and

budgets and is responsible for the company’s

international growth.

3.Global Organization Global organizations’ top corporate management

and staff plan world wide manufacturing

facilities,marketing policies, financial flows, and

logistical systems.
