to accompany himto the Tsars palace.First, the Golden Mare helps
Alexibecome a huntsman for the Tsar. Thenshe helps him capture the
Firebird andtakes him to Yelena the Fair, whom theTsar wants to
marry. The mare goes thefetch Yelenas grandmothers weddingring.
Yelena tells the Tsar he is too old tomarry her, but a boiling
cauldron of waterwill make him young again. Finally, theTsar wants
Alexi to get into the cauldronfirst.
