Here we are given a medium shot f soldiers, a helicopter and the White house. This gives us a setting for the film for America but in this short scene these soldiers are ordered to kill civilians when one zombie threatens their lives. This represents how far the higher powers will go just to protect themselves, that when anarchy comes knocking on the door all that is right is thrown out the window.
