AFRICAN HERITAGE CLUBMISSION STATEMENT
The purpose of the African Heritage Club of Harborfields High school is to nurture a connection and sense of community among the student population. Our mission is to stimulate the intellectual, cultural and social growth of all students. Through enriching programs, seminars, activities and field trips we seek to educate all students about the relevance and significance of contributions of African culture. Through a focus on history and leadership development we will strive to assist club members to be role models for others and to walk on the path to success. At the same time ,this club we will promote and encourage students to achieve excellence and foster a sense of pride in the African culture.
