■ Thirdly, they thought that the outfits and costumes were really effective and they reinforced the authenticity and realism of our dentist character.

■ Lastly, We had no complaints about our music choice, or any of our sound or foley effects.

What did our audience dislike?

■ Firstly, our audience disliked the entire camera idea, whereby the dentist records his killings. The audience found it confusing and out of place.

■ Secondly, our audience found our production intro to be to much of an action orientated production company and not a horror based intro.

■ Thirdly, our audience wasn’t sure of whether the sub-genre of horror was slasher or psycho.

■ Lastly, our audience believed that the pace of editing was a little off, and it needed revisiting.

What did our audience recommend?■Firstly, our audience recommended some slow

motion shots of teeth, tools and other scenes which we used within our first draft.

■Secondly, our audience recommended that we try to make the dentist seem more ‘creepy’ and relate it more to a slasher film by adding more scenes of violence.

What will we change for Draft 2?■ Firstly, we will remove the camera idea completely from our film, as

audiences previously were confused by this. ■ Secondly, we will attempt to add more violent scenes with more blood

in order to reinforce our slasher sub-genre and discourage the psycho perception.

■ Thirdly, we will attempt to amend the pace of editing, by taking more time to edit our draft two and using more time effects to change the pace of our film.

■ Furthermore, we will attempt to use more slow motion shots, as our audience believed that would drastically improve our film.

■ Lastly, we will amend our production company intro, so that it is more orientated towards horror, we will aim to finalise this by draft three.
