RSS: Another common technique for subscribing to a blog is to subscribe to an RSS Feed. An RSS Feed directs the blog, or a summary and link to it, to a special place where you can go and view it (as opposed to having it go to your crowded email In Box). While it may take a little investment in time to learn about this for first timers, once you are familiar with it you can easily use the process to subscribe to other blogs.

A Blog for Communication

A blog, with a lot of work, is a very effective way of reaching out and communicate with a sizable audience from these billions.  You may want them to just to come and read your personal thoughts; you may want to inform people; you may want to tell them about your campaign; you may want to attract potential customers to your services or business; you may want to sell them something.
