Description of Brush RabbitsA brush Rabbit weighs up to 2 lbs. the length of one is 10-14 inches long. The color of a Brush Rabbit is a light brown to a grayish color. They are a lot more smaller than other rabbits.
Habitat
Their habitat is grassland, oaks and vegetation the area with all that will be San francisco bay area that is where they live because it has everything the Brush Rabbit will need.
What Brush Rabbits eat
Brush Rabbits are herbivores whose diet varies with the season. Grasses make up a large portion of their diet. However, brush rabbits feed on other species of plants, including leaves, forbs and such as wildrose and blackberries.
How a Brush Rabbit protects itself
A Brush Rabbit can climb a tree to get away from its predators or if there is no trees around then it can hide in long thick weeds or even long grass because they are so small.

A Brush Rabbit has their babies born alive. A Brush Rabbit has up to 3 babies. When a Brush Rabbit is young they are called bunny’s. Brush Rabbits are smaller than any other rabbits.

Is a Brush Rabbit endangered? Yes a brush rabbit is endangered of dieing. A brush rabbit is endangered of dieing because they are small it’s hard for them to protect themselves.
What I like and dislike about this animal
What I like about this animal is that they are small and I like that when a predator tries to attach the rabbit it can climb a tree or hide in long grass or long weeds.
