HRs can monitor whole recruitment drive completely online, right from uploading assessment questions, to monitor LIVE students appearing in assessment tests, to interview.

HOW IT WORKS ?
1. Choose College• Select your choice of college OR
• Do it in our selected colleges
2. Prepare your assessment test questions• Upload it on our web portal.
Questions stored are in encrypted format.
• Manage your assessments tests like scheduling , level of protection,etc.
3. LIVE monitoring of screening tests• Every campus drive will be
broadcasted LIVE over web, so HR can see LIVE what’s happening in campus.
• Real time screening test result can be seen through our portal.
4. Post Screening• Shortlist candidates out of all drives
(like top 100 candidates from 10 drives, etc).
• Call them for interview at your office, or arrange interview at any location where all shortlisted candidates can come.
