• Vibrant noisy spaces
• Quiet study spaces
• Technology for everyone
• Open plan
• Light airy spaces
• Welcoming, safe space
• Learning spaces
• Space to relax
• Multicultural
• Café
• Eco friendly
• Seismically robust
• Community hub
• Parking / Transport links
To some extent these results were anticipated, with
the exception of :-
- Structural resilience topped quick poll criteria
- High expectation on café
- Both noisy and quiet spaces
- Had anticipated eco-friendly would rank higher
- Pleasantly surprised in transport quick polls
It was noted that :
- Strong support for the South Library style of
service.
